Excavation Site?

I'm @ lvl 63, just finished the Water Dragon and got dumped back in the village. Now it's telling me I need to go to some other special excavation site. I went to the site cave, and I think I found where I need to go, but the sprite there just tells me to go away (I think that's what he's telling me, the English is sorta extra broken there). There's not even a question mark over his head so I'm not certain, but it looks right based on what the story explained.

Anyway, now I'm stuck. What did I miss?

Best I can remember you have to go to the tower of fire thru the gate to another world and save the fairy queen inside the mountain then ya end up fighting skeletonm be ready...he's rough
