Default d-grade symbol
As far as I can tell you can not do anything with these. You can only use c and higher to combine for enchant scrolls. I suggest you make it so maybe you can combine two d-grade to make one c-grade?

If its of no use can I delete away? Cos it taking up my storage space.

or you can sell it for 800 to the NPC behind the fountain, yes she accepts soulbound items
