Exclamation What happened with my account??

Hi Admin,

I'm having a strange strange strange problem ! I brought the game a month ago and it's fun. My problem is I was merging some items at arena but suddenly a call came in and the apps was shut. An error occurred when I tried to log back into my account. It said " the version of the application has been detected as unofficial " The even strange thing is I tried to log in to my another higher lvl account and it logged in without a problem. I can assure you that I didn't try to tamper or alter any thing of the game. Can you please provide me a solution to fix it? I spent quite a long period to play with my new thief account. I don't want to lose it without a reason.

My app version is 1.1.2
My ranger account is working fine just the new thief account is having that issue.

Dear xinxintou.

Sorry for your inconvenience.
First back up all your save file to the server and reinstall Inotia2.
Then go to the option and try "Load from server" to bring your save files back.
If this doesn't work, please report again about the problem.

Hi admin,

I did what you told me and it's working now but just on my new created account which is ranger after the incidence happened. The ranger account was created after the issue happened. The previous thief account who caused the problem still remain have the same issue. If there's another solution to fix it, I would be very delightful. If there's none, I still thank you for helping me to fix the issue. At lease the new account is able to go to world ranking and working fine.
