Network Errors

I don't know why I keep getting Error: 113 "There has been a problem to keep your network connected. (Disconnected)" My internet is fine and my iPod Touch can connect to Safari without any issues. I have to try at least 5 times to login and connect before it finally allows me to play. This issue is present more often when a battle is about to start so it could be possibly server traffic, however, more frequently the issue is popping up even between battle times.
