What do these items do?

Seriously....because I have no clue, and all the are doing is taking up space.

So....what do whoopa-roopa scales do (I have like 35 of them),
or mystic stones, or refined corals, or hard-scales, or the oil stuff that the roopa things drop when you kill them.

I have all these things, and I have no clue what I'm suppose to do with them.

Any help that can be offered would be greatly appreciated!

Whoopa-roopa scales can be used toward the Kulin NPC quest, same with the refined corals. The mystic oils can be combined with whoopa-roopa scales and traded to an NPC to make items (like the helmet I think). No clue what you're supposed to do with the hard scales I never keep them. OR you could sell these items to NPC's, specifically the NPC behind the fountain in the starting village. But if you have a premium account it'd be better to sell whoopa-roopa scales (and pirate coins too if you aren't using them yourself) through the black trader as they're worth more to other players as opposed to NPCing them. Hope that helps and I apologize if any of that information is incorrect.

Value as I know of:

refined corals - Every player needs at least 5 refined coral to make 1 "Coral Dust"for the Quest. Also, Coral Dust can be used to make items. (Bottom of the beach.) 5 Refined coral can turns to Enhanct Scroll C (Value around 30k to 35k) or (Coral Dust 15k to 20k)

Whoopa-roopa scales - 100 of them to make boot of speed. Random of 5% or 3% speed boot with a much higher chance to get 5% than using Hard Scale. Also, Warrior armor, gloves etc. Normal value to other player can be from 5000 to 8000 per 20.

Hard Scale - Also, can be use to make boot of speed. I have never made 5% out of it myself. Normally, it can be sell at a cheaper price than Whoopa-roopa scales. Boot of Speed 3% price varies from 15k to 24k, so I normally sell hard scale for 4k per 20, about 1/5 of boot of speed's price.

mystic stones - Exchange it with Prof Kulin for Return Scroll or Enhanct scroll D (Fair value for Weapon D around 17k, Armor D around 10k.)

Mystic oil - Turn Whoopa-roopa scales to Intensied scale... I know I did not name/spell it correctly... Anyway, it is part of process to make a warrior armor. Unless you plan to make one yourself. If not, you can NPC it for 8k per 20.

Small Coral - Even you haven't said, it can be NPC for 3200 per 20. (10 of them can made 1 Red Coral or Coral Ring/Necklace)

Red Coral - 5 of them to make Refined Coral. Normal value around 10k to 15k per 20.
