You use Joma's Pendant on the statue(used to get to the respwn place @ the beach) and you go to the temple, I recommend you bring a party of 25+

I would think its permanent....
Or else you would have to fight Turtle Z or ZZZ over and over again, for one-use pendant, and these bosses take AGES to respawn (ZZZ takes 3 days!)

If its one use I would fill like 8 slots with well being herb breads and camp out there for as long as I could.

It would really sux if when you die you go back to the village. TT.TT
