The best way is to farm all room it takes me 10-15min so you get more drops from mob and boss.

but if you don't want to be killed by me or lanos you should stay at last room since each faction has his own last room, you are safe there.

If you want my opinion it's a waste of time to spend days there for spirit just ask people who farm there to sell you.
