Unhappy HELP- is it a bug!!??
Somehow I cant use the skills Sharp eye, and Swift for some reason. I have been trying to figure out why, since lvl 15 please help! Is it a bug??? if it is please fix it

They are passive skils. Which means they are always being used and you wont need to buff yourself.
